Soma+IQ breathwork is a self-inquiry modality. 

A guided 1:1 practice designed to release stress, restore clarity, and reconnect you to your body’s innate intelligence.
 

Through intentional breathing, you’ll:
 

  • Discharge stored tension and emotional blocks.

  • Activate your nervous system’s natural capacity to self-regulate.

  • Experience mental clarity, emotional resilience, and deeper self-connection.
     

This 90-minute session invites you to bridge mind and body, repattern old defenses, and create space for elevated states of awareness and presence. With hands-on support, the breath becomes a pathway to release, healing, and embodying more of who you truly are.
